A couple months ago, Fandom migrated all the wikis to the fandom.com domain which caused the layout for the editor to change. Therefore, I decided to write an updated version of how to create wiki pages for vlog days based on the new layout. This tutorial uses Source Edit which you can switch to at the top right corner of the editor if you are currently on the "Visual Editor".
This tutorial is only for vlog day pages that are after 2016. The vlogs from before 2016 use a different format.
1. Go to the video and copy the link.
2. Click on this link. Click "Add Video". Paste the link and
3. Go to the list of vlog days and right click on a vlog day with a red title and click "Open link in new tab".
- This will open up the editor in Source …
1. Under the "StephenPlays" tab in the navigation bar, click on Memorable Moments.
2. Click on "List of Memorable Moments by year"
3. Click on the year that the Memorable Moments video was released. You can find the release date of the video next to the number of views of the video.
4. Edit the page called List of ____ Memorable Moments
- Example: List of 2021 Memorable Moments
5. Add the title of the Memorable Moment underneath the month that the Memorable Moment video was released in Source Edit.
- in order to create a heading
When editing a page, it will default to the Visual Editor if you click on "EDIT PAGE". However, if you click on the button with the 3 dots next to "EDIT PAGE", then it will open the "Source Editor".
1. Look at the top right of the page after clicking "EDIT PAGE", you will see "Visual Editor" button with an arrow next to it.
2. Click on it and choose "Source editing"
- This method is only used for linking to pages on the Stephen Wiki and cannot be used to link to other Wikis
- This method is often used for listing Vlog days, game titles on the Let's Play page, Memorable Moments, First20s, and MalMakes paintings
1. Find the exact name of the Stephen wiki page that you want to link to.
2. Add double square brackets around the name of the wiki page you want …
Fellow Stephenites and friends of the Wiki,
As the title says, I was promoted to administrator on this wiki one year ago today. Thus, I'd like to take a quick moment to thank people who have helped us succeed as a Wiki since my promotion.
Our only bureaucrat on this Wiki is Stephen himself, and I would like to thank him, first and foremost, for giving me this opportunity to further contribute here as a way to channel my passion for his and Mal's content.
Next, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed here on the Wiki. An extra special thanks goes to those who have edited at least somewhat actively since I started editing here: Aurycle, Jirkasim, Setachisato, and SuperSmashLegend. We couldn't have gotten this far without all of you!
Hi it's me again. Having considered the results of the poll, I think that we should implement both options that people voted for.
- Yearly lists of Memorable Moments to help keep track of what pages have and haven't been made (also so that the format for Memorable Moments doesn't have to change)
- The main Memorable Moments page will become an info page with links to the yearly lists of Moments, so we can keep all the trivia on that page
- Memorable Moments will also be sorted under Let's Play or other StephenPlays pages!
BUT we should also implement a way to keep track of which pages have been added on the main Memorable Moments page by name and date!
I might also make a post detailing how I go about sorting Memorable Moments by their Let's Play page…
Hello, internet! I'm Aurycle, an admin over here on StephenWiki. The Memorable Moments page has been getting really really long, which is not surprising because Stephen releases about 200 memorable moments a year.
This problem was first brought up to me by Residujuan last year, who suggested making segmented lists of Memorable Moments and even started to do so. Unfortunately, soon after neither of us had time to continue managing the Memorable Moments page.
But I haven't stopped thinking about it and the use that the Memorable Moments pages gets and have come up with 3 viable ways of organising Memorable Moments. That being said, they are not without their flaws.
- Do Nothing - the Memorable Moments page will just keep getting longer and longer…
Hey all (mostly Aurycle and Cruzdbluz, since you two are the most active contributors to the Wiki),
So I've been absent suddenly after contributing quite actively. I've become busy with work, and won't have computer access until July 14—I'm actually borrowing a friend's computer to be able to write this blog post.
Just letting you know that I haven't dropped off the face of the Earth and all that jazz. I'll see you all in about two weeks. Happy editing!
May you fulfill your destiny burger,
RileyIvy (talk) 21:24, July 2, 2018 (UTC)
I'm Ryan and I'm very new around here, but eager to help out.
I saw that plenty of vlogs needed subtitles and I wanted to help, but couldn't see anywhere to add subtitles.
If someone could advise me on how I would go about adding subtitles that would be great.
Hello everybody! I'm so happy to have discovered this wiki...
I love watching all of Stephen's videos and I am glad to be here.
Anyone here.. please say hello! I'll answer in the comments
It's basically pure vitamin C and it doesn't taste awful. Crisis averted.
I have decided to eat the cncentrated crud at the bottom of packof sourpatch kids. Results will be posted.
I just got a new cat so I might notbe as active over the next few days. Forward all complaints to my P. O. box. If you want cat pics, follow me on twitter.
Insert the video file of the vlog day at the very top of the page. In the caption, put the name and date of the vlog and the running time like this:
Previous Vlog (Day [insert vlog day]) | Next Vlog (Day [insert vlog day])
Links to bonus videos should go here.

Make a bulled list of places the vlog took place here. Common places include:

I decided to make myself useful, stop screwing up pages, and make template for different video types. I'll put these as blog posts and ask Cruzdbluz to edit the main page to link to them if he approves. I trust his judgement more than mine.
This is technechally two in one day, but this counts for 6/18/15's post. This bugs me so much it hurts. When you start a sentence with "then" PUT A COMMA AFTER IT.
This isn't really a rule, but it sounds better if you do not end sentences with prepositions, such as "for" or "with".
Stephen and mal go somewhere while Stephen goes somewhere. Note the different forms of the verbs depending on the number of people being one or multiple. This goes for MOST verbs.
Put actions inside quotations in asterisks, not parenthesis.
Make sure that all sentences have a SUBJECT and a PREDICATE. A subject is what the sentence is about and the predicate says something about the object. To be a sentence, a group of words must have those two things.
I am Migo and I mostly like to add notes to Stephen's videos wiki pages
Don't start sentences with "and". It bugs me that people do that.
This is a thing I'm starting.
"It's" means "it is". Note the apostrophe. "Its" is the posessive form of "it". Note the lack of an apostrophe.
Who the hell writes these things? MAKE SURE YOU USE CORRECT ENGLISH GRAMMAR AND SPELLING! It makes the wiki look less dumb.
I've noticed for a while, but I haven't been sure of what to say either. You guys are amazing. You made pages for all of the Vlogs. That's thousands of pages including the bonuses, and a small group of people completed it. I remember when there were over 1000 videos and about half of them were incomplete. For a long time I was the only one doing any edits on the Wiki, and I never thought I would catch up singlehandedly.. Now I've stopped for a while myself, and a few extremely hardworking people have taken my place and done more than I ever could. I know more videos will be added to Stephen's pages constantly, but I have no doubt that we will be able to keep up with them. All I can say is that I'm extremely proud of how much effort you put…
I've been going through some older Vlogs lately, and I've noticed that a lot of them have recipes listed in the video descriptions. So far, I've elected to exclude these recipes from each Vlog's Wiki page, but I'm wondering if we should add them in? Or if we should make an entirely new page composed entirely of recipes and the Vlogs associated with them. Each recipe page might look something like this:
Featured Vlog: Stuffed Mushrooms (Day 1252 - 4/29/13)
- 4 Large Portobello Mushrooms, cleaned & dried
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped well
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke (in brine), chopped [14oz can]
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 4 tablespoons prepared pesto
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese mixed…
I know it's probably a lot of work, but shouldn't we make pages for the Demo Friday and First20 videos that Stephen makes? We do it for Vlogs, memorable moments, and basically everything else, so I don't think we should just have a page of links since that nearly serves the same function as Stephen's YouTube page. Please let me know what you think.
Phillip here with I guess an update blog, something I probably have never done, but it does relate to what I am going to be talking about on this blog in terms of the Vlog pages I have created.
You may have noticed that I re-edited the summary for Day 352 of the Vlog, which was one of the first Vlog pages I made on the wiki, and shortened it to about 2-5 sentences. There is an explanation for this. When I first started creating Vlog pages on the wiki about 2 years ago, I used to do the summaries by retelling everything that happened on that vlog day, including every single topic that Stephen mentions, as well as other random facts, and topics to discuss and...well...you get the idea.
I learned, however, after creating the page for D…
How's it going everyone! I am Phillip Ho, once a common contributor to StephenWiki, and HOLY PISS it's been such a long time since I last updated anything here.
So long story short for those who don't know: Last year, my Windows 7 Laptop capped out on me & as a result I wasn't able to do anything, including editing my own LP videos, or work on some of StephenWiki which I haven't been to in a long time due to school and family life.
I would often visit StephenWiki during days when I'm in New Jersey for vacation, and sometimes work on the Wiki for a while. And I've done that for a year, though I rarely ever visit this site anymore these days.
Ultimately, I got myself a new Windows 8 laptop which I'm already in love with, and I want to try somet…
I haven't really helped out with the wiki in a while, since I've been too busy with my channel and school, but whenever I have spare time I'll try to help out again :D
Hello world! There's been a bit of a burst of activity on the wiki lately, and there have been a few people wondering how they can help out. As of now, our top priority is cataloging of all the vlog days, so here's a step-by-step tutorial on how I add new articles.
Please note that this tutorial is a work in progress, so if anything needs changing or if you have any questions, feel free to ask send me a message on the talk page or otherwise.
Also, there's already a summary on How to edit StephenWiki on the Wiki. Please read that article in addition to this tutorial to get the full picture.
- First, pick a day that you want to edit. Open it up with a blank template and switch over to Source mode.
- Next, find a completed vlog day. Click "Edit", swi…
With Stephen's recent vlog released mentioning this website, I've decided that I should make it a personal resolution of mine (Yes, I know, it's February, too bad) to come back, and at least try to do something once a week. That will be all. This is Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz, signing out.
Alright, so summer vacation is almost ending very soon, but it is also the end of my consecutive days I am active for the Wiki. I'll try to be on still actively through my iPhone, but I have no idea on how to edit or create a page on a mobile device, and it can be a bit complicated, but I'll see if I can edit a page on my iPhone.
That aside, I won't be active for much long after today. School is coming up, so I have to get myself ready for that, and I have a bunch of other personal issues to take care of. Also, my birthday is coming up soon (September 2nd, which is also Day 4 of PAX Prime 2013), so I want to have time for that. (I appreciate all "Happy Birthday" messages in advance!)
If you guys have any tips on how to edit wiki pag…
Sooo I bet y'all are wondering why I haven't been on this wiki in a long time. Well let me start by simply saying that I was busy with my Let's Plays and personal stuff and didn't have time to work on the wiki.
However, two months ago, my laptop had motherboard problems and my laptop couldn't start up (Curse you dead battery!), so I am now without a laptop.
I'm currently spending my summer vacation at my mom's house once again in New Jersey, and I had a good time in freshman year at high school, but I've been missing out at making pages and contributing to the wiki, so to make up for that, I'm going to be going through the pages of wiki pages that haven't been created yet for the next few days, and since summer vacation is ending so…

Yes, I am a soccer fan. For those of you who don't know, this tournament is held a year before the world cup, to help the host figure out what they need to work on. I'm just going to skip right to the semifinal matchups.
Brazil scored late in the first half, but the deficit was cut by Uruguay early in the scond half. Then, in the 86' Brazil scored again, off of a corner kick, to win the game 2-1, and go to the final.
Both teams had many chances to score, but did not score at all, …

Hello everybody, Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz here, coming back to you with the Finals Week update for the 3rd trimester of my school year. (I get out on Friday. :D) I have finals in 4 of my classes, and here they are:
In my 1st hour, I have 9th grade US history, and we only got to the early 20th century, and in that class I have 94.6%.
2nd hour is Spanish 1 B, y en que clase, yo tengo 101,8%.
My 3rd hour is Honors English 9 B, and in that class I have 100.1%
Finally, 4th hour is Speech, and in there, I have the only B I've had this year, at an 88.1%, but my teacher hasn't actually graded one of our assignments, and I think that should get me above 90%, before taking the final.
I'll update you sometime next weekend, unless I'm too busy at State Cup …
Hello everybody, Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz here, coming to you with a blog post partly on the NBA playoffs, and partly on my soccer game last night. The game in the playoffs I'm going to be talking about is slightly in common with the game I played last night, so here it goes.
Game 1 of the Eastern Confrence Semifinals, Bulls vs Heat, Bulls win, why? Because they played harder. Not because the Heat had lost momentum, which is a bad excuse, having rest should help more than it hurts, because the Bulls played harder than the Heat in that game. Which brings us to last night.
My team had what was our 2nd hardest game of the season, against the best team we would be playing against. (We'd already played them earlier in the season, and they had more…
Hello everybody, Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz here, coming to you with a soccer tournament entry. It's the first soceer tournament (for me, at least) in the spring season. My team is the PVSC U15 United Select.
In my 1st game, we lost 3-0 in what probably could've been the hardest game of our season, against PVSC Crew, who is pretty much our rival.
We lost our 2nd game 3-0 to Xtreme from Idaho Falls, although we outscored the other team 2-1. (If you don't understand, 2 of their goals were from own goals.)
In our 3rd game, against Arsenal Select, from Helena, we won 0-0, because we went into penalty kicks and won 4-3 in those, with me being the first to take a PK for my team.
In our last game, which was our 3rd against Ballistic, (Our previous resul…
Helllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllo everybody, MonarchofMadnezzzzzzz here coming with a Spring Break special. Now, my actual break was last week, but I just didn't have very much time to do anything because the time I was on was spent catching up with my subscriptions on YouTube. I know that I'm really late, but besides my vacation, almost nothing happened last month. Before you start worrying about the title, that's not my leg, I'm talking about the Kevin Ware incident.

For school we had to write essays on a role model and I selected Stephen Georg. Now seeing that we all admire Stephen Georg on this Wiki I decided to post it here. Enjoy...
Throughout the ages men and women have to looked to a greater being for guidance and wisdom, role models. The greeks looked up to their gods of Zeus and Hera, the egyptians to their gods and pharaoh, and the teenage girl to boy bands. Everyone in the world has or has had a role model that they look up to. Be it a parent, teacher, celebrity or, yes even an internet sensation. A role model helps to set examples, albeit not always good ones, for the people who look up to them. My role model, Stephen Georg is a video editor on Youtube who creates daily video logs and video g…
Hello everybody, Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz here with the end of Finals week. I'm just going to get right into updating you with my grades.
First off, BCA, I got an 88% on the final, giving me a total score of 97.1% in the class.
In Honors Physics, I got a 98.7% on the final, fiving me a total of 101.4% in the class.
In Robotics, I got a 100% on the cleaning final, giving me a total score of 89.9%, which counts as an A as long as it's above 89.5%.
In Geometry, I got a 102% on the final somehow, giving me a total of 98.8% in the class.
This is Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz, signing out.
Hello there, Monarch of Madnezzzzzzz here with a Finals week update, it's the week that (almost) every Middle School, HIgh School, and College Student hate and/or fear. The strange thing is that I (Smart Freshman in High School with 5 classes per Trimester) am not feeling that this time, I feel confident. Now, before you say anything, this is just for my school district, yours may be different, like you don't go on a trimester layout or you already had it/ haven't had it yet.
Why am I not feeling panicked? I only have three (four if you think putting away materials counts as a final) finals. Honors Geometry B (4th Hour), Honors Physics (2nd Hour), and Business Computer Applications (1st hour) (Robotics (3rd hour) if you think putting away m…
