Summary[]
Stephen starts the day off by talking about his dentist appointment the day before (no cavities!), and then his appointment with the doctor to check on his ear infection. He thinks that he is becoming resistant to Z-Pak, much like how he has become resistant to amoxicillin. After the appointment, he learns he does not have an ear infection, but he did get some medication to help with the pressure.
Stephen and Mal then head to Mama Jean's, because Stephen promised to bring Mal wherever she wants to eat if she followed him to his appointment, and Mal wanted pancakes. At Mama Jean's, Stephen gets pancakes, but Mal instead gets french toast, because she "love[s] French toast". Since Mal had never been there, Stephen was glad they could finally to go together to experience it.
They also mention using MyFitnessPal again, since they are trying to lose weight. However, they have already used up the calories available to them just from eating breakfast food. But they will eat healthily for lunch and dinner, so it's alright.
Some time later, Mal is cooking up chicken for their salad for lunch, while Stephen talks about the day before and how busy it was since they had to run a lot of errands and they didn't get a lot of work done. Mal's goal for the day is to finish her Ocarina of Time painting, while his goal is to keep releasing vlogs and keep working on the Fan Favorites video.
Even more time later, Mal has finished the painting and Stephen really likes it! Though they stayed up late so Mal could finish the painting, they did get a lot of work done.

- Stephen rated his meal 6 out of 7 stars. Mal, on the other hand, rated her meal 6 out of 7 stars, but if it was just the French toast, it would have been 7 out of 7 stars, made of angels.
- French toast is Mal's favorite breakfast food.
- Despite this being Stephen's second visit to the doctor (here is the first), his ear infection ends up returning. He visited the doctor two more times after this, which can be found here and here.
