Stephen and Mal have salads for lunch at McAlister's after spending time at the insurance agency to learn about different kinds of insurance, especially life insurance, because they don't have life insurance.
They will probably be getting life insurance within the year, and hopefully get a better rate than usual by continuing to eat healthy which they've been trying to do anyway.
Life insurance is important and since they can afford it, they want to get it. That being said, talking about life insurance does make Stephen feel old.
Before ending the vlog, Stephen shows off Mallory's "Emerald Coast" painting, which will be available for auction on eBay in the next few days. He encourages the viewers to bid on the original canvas, or if not, to get a phone case or something with the painting on it.
