Summary[]
Stephen replaces another few lights in his ceiling fan. He notes that all the light fixtures in the apartment seem to drain their light bulbs much more quickly than they should - the lights need to be changed at least 3-4 times each year.
Stephen could pick up some CFL or LED lightbulbs, but each time he considers it he ends up buying incandescent bulbs instead, since he and Mal will probably be moving out of the apartment soon.
