For Lunch Bunch, Stephen, Mallory, Dan, Roland, Michael, Lindsey, and Beverly try out a new restaurant, Souffle's, for brunch.
Back at home, Stephen says that while he hasn't been to the restaurant, it's been around for a while. He notes that they have an extensive breakfast menu which they serve all day until they close at 3. He continues and says that it's nice to see Beverly who's in town to help Lindsey move. He says that we will be seeing them before Lindsey fully moves.
Instead of eating cookies or leftover Italian meats, Stephen decides to have some more of the popcorn that Mal had gotten him for Christmas. Stephen wasn't too thrilled with the salted umami flavor, so he picks out the "Chedapeno" flavor which is a combination of cheddar and jalapeño.
After a quick montage of prepping the popcorn, Stephen takes a moment to let know that viewers it's the end of the year and that viewers should be submitting moments for Fan Favorites. He also notes that tomorrow, he and Mal will be doing a livestream where they will not only play a game, but also do a Q&A, something they used to do monthly, but now do yearly. As he finishes talking about the Q&A and watching the ball drop tomorrow, Stephen heads to the microwave to retrieve the popcorn and notes that it smells good and the umami popcorn that he tried a few days ago lacked flavor.
On the couch, Stephen and Mal try out the popcorn. Stephen didn't tell Mal which flavor he made and she guesses "Maui Heat" before guessing "Chedapeno". Mal thought Stephen would've tried a sweeter popcorn, but they note that there's some heat. Stephen says that it isn't too cheesy, but the flavor is milder than expected. While he says it isn't bad, Stephen says that he hasn't been "greatly moved". He does however like the bowl and is looking forward to the sweeter popcorn flavors.
