Stephen has noted that recent vlogs, namely Thomas's welcoming party and wedding, have been edited to be very concise, something that older vlogs are not. He runs an idea by the viewers: how would you feel if Stephen went back and re-edited older vlogs? This isn't something he would do at any point soon, but he does want to run in by the viewers as an idea.
Stephen did actually go back to re-cut old vlogs after a copyright scare a few years back, so there is precedent for this.

- In the comments of the original vlog, Stephen suggested another idea: instead of re-cutting old vlogs, he would simply create a StephenVlog "movie" condensing the first 1,000 days and do the same for the following 1,000 days.
