Stephen drives the car into the driveway and is excited that the garage door is functioning. He says that he has backed a car into the garage before, but has never pulled a car forward into a garage. Stephen gets out of the car to make sure it's completely inside the garage before closing the garage door. He realizes that the car is a bit close to the garage door and they can't open the trunk door. Stephen then talks about how they went to take Mallory's painting and prints somewhere. Mal takes a while to adjust the camera settings to account for the darkness after Stephen closed the garage door and the car lights turned off. He says that he will probably have to give her lessons about it.
In the house, Stephen talks about how they are having Lunch Bunch at their house tomorrow. They are throwing a party to thank everyone who helped them move in. They bought ingredients to make tacos and chocolate chip brownies.
Later, in the office Stephen says that he needs to move some lights that he put in the bathroom a week ago. It doesn't obstruct him from using the bathroom, but it keeps scaring him. Stephen gets Sagan to get off the chair and go downstairs. However, he stops midway so Stephen has to carefully walk past him on the stairs. Mal finished making her brownies and Stephen wants to try a piece. It's also her first time making brownies from scratch even though she has made cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, and sourdough bread starter from scratch.
Mal asks him how he feels about brownie edge pieces while cutting the brownies. Stephen says he doesn't have a strong opinion about it and likes both edge and middle pieces. He says that wars were fought over the edge and middle brownie pieces. Mal prefers the soft middle pieces and doesn't understand why they make pans to make all of them edge pieces. Stephen says that he likes both middle and edge pieces, but doesn't know why someone would willingly choose an edge piece over a middle piece. Mal then asks him if he prefers cakey or fudgy brownies and he says that he has no opinion about them. Mal says that if she wanted fudgy brownies, then she would just make cake. Stephen says that he does slightly prefer fudgy brownies. He doesn't understand why people argue over certain types of brownies because all of them are good and baked goods are a great.
Stephen says that they have clean up the house for the party tomorrow. They are also going to make a cheese tray as an appetizer for the party and they might play some games with everyone tomorrow.
